Dr. Kaustubh Gandhalikar graduated in 2004 from the prestigious Government Dental College in Mumbai, India. Before he came to Canada he had a vast clinical experience of working for over fifteen years during which time he practiced his skill and expertise in treating patients requiring complex dental treatments as well as in guiding aspiring students for doing well in their dental career
After coming to Canada Dr. Gandhalikar successfully accomplished the licensing exams in his very first attempt and is now a Board Certified Dentist. He is passionate about his field of work and keeps his knowledge up-to-date with counting education and hands-on courses. Dr. Gandhalikar is trained and proficient at performing procedures like surgical extractions, crown and bridge, root canal treatment, Invisalign, Dental Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, and many more. He has been practicing in Quinte and the surrounding area since 2019. Taking the next step Dr. Gandhalikar co-founded Napanee Smiles Family Dentistry with Dr. Patel.
Apart from working Dr. Gandhalikar also loves playing cricket, table tennis, visiting places, trying new cuisines, and working out occasionally. He is happily married and his wife is a Registered Physiotherapist practicing in Canada. Together they have a lovely daughter around whom their joyful world revolves!

I had an excellent experience at Napanee Smiles for my pelpectomy treatment. Dr. K.G., Dental Assistant Huma, and the entire team made the procedure seamless. Despite it being one of the more complex dental treatments, I didn’t feel any pain, and everything was handled with great care and professionalism.
The front desk staff was also welcoming and efficient, making the entire visit smooth from start to finish.
Easily one of my best dental experiences! Highly recommend their team for expert and comfortable care.

I always feel very taken care of here! My initial evaluation, as well as my cleaning today with Alicia, was honestly a spa-like experience! There was calming music and a relaxing video on the ceiling while she cleaned my teeth and made comforting friendly conversation. Even my appointment for fillings was relatively relaxing. There was my choice of Netflix show on the ceiling, and the dentist made sure I was comfortable, checking in and giving breaks when needed. Just a really satisfying dental experience, with thoughtful and thorough questions and care at every visit. Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff as well. 100% recommend!!

As I waited for my appointment I listened to the front desk interact with patients in a professional and kind manner. I Had my first filling in this office with Dr KG and Nirosha. This is only the 3rd time in my life having a filling so I am still a bit nervous at times. They were kind, caring, knowledgeable and efficient. They checked in with me several times during the procedure to make sure I was doing OK. Highly recommend.

Napanee Smiles is the absolute best dentist office I have ever received care from. The ladies at the front desk (Breanna and Melissa) are so kind and accommodating. Dr K.G. is a fantastic knowledgeable dentist. He prioritizes his patients, and makes sure I am well informed and comfortable. Love this dentistry office! Would recommend to everyone.

By far the best dental clinic I've been to. I came to them last year needing to get some fillings done, my wisdom teeth taken out, regular cleanings, etc and they were so pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Breanna at the front desk always greets you with a smile and makes sure you're well taken care of, Sara is a very thorough hygienist and takes a lot of pride in her work, and Dr. KG works with you directly to create a treatment plan that works best for you and your needs. They are all fantastic at their jobs and truly make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I feel very grateful to have such a great clinic that I know I can trust!
